A HTC netbook might come in just a couple of weeks
More and more rumors talk about a possible HTC netbook available on the market in just a couple of weeks. Peter Chou, HTC’s CEO recently announced that they are looking into the netbooks category, but want to make sure their product will bring “unique value” to this segment. Sounds a little bit like Steve Job’s words, doesn’t it?
However, if these rumors are at least somewhat true, we might see quite an interesting device from HTC in the near future. It will probably use Windows 7 or Google’s Android as an OS and might bring some unique features or at least design elements (HTC’s products always looked good).
I’ll be following the subject and update you on any news. For now, I’m just happy another big name decided to enter the dance, the more competition between strong companies out there, the better for us, the buyers.
