Acer AO532h with 3G, Bluetooth and matte display now available in Europe

If you’re looking for an affordable 10 inch mini laptop, the Acer AO532h is one of your best options right now, combining good features and quality with a very nice price. I wrote about it in this review of the Acer Aspire One 532h line .

As you’ll notice in that post, some of the bad points for this series are the glossy display and the poor connectivity options (only Wi-Fi N). There is however a newer version, available for now only in Europe, with a matte display (so you’ll be able to use it outside) and 3G UMTS. Everything else remains the same, but with these new features, more might turn towards these Acers. Especially since prices are pretty good: around 370 euros, while the standard versions run for around 300.

Also, Sascha at NetbookNews.de noticed on Amazon.de some Acers Ao532h with integrated Bluetooth with prices 30 euros above standard, so around 330 euros.

So expect updates for the lines available in the US too in the next weeks probably. All in all these extra features are welcomed and, while not making the Acer as comfortable as the Toshiba Mini NB305 (which is my favorite right now), still provide more value for the already known affordable prices.
