Acer Aspire One 752 – 11.6 inch high end all-rounder
Acer displayed a new ultra-thin all-rounder at CeBIT, the Aspire One 752, a device meant to conquer the 11.6 inch segment by providing looks, quality and affordable prices (hopefully).
In fact, it is very much similar to the old Aspire One 1810T line, but now comes with a new name and some improved features. So it is perhaps just Acer’s try to create a new brand for their compact ultra-portables in this class.
The Aspire ONE 752 boosts the following specs:
- 11.6 inch display with 1366 x 768 px
- Intel ULV 743 processor with GMA 4500MHD
- up to 4 GB of memory and up to 320 GB HDD
- good connectivity: Wi-fi N, Bluetooth, Lan, optional 3G
- HDMI output
- 5-hour battery life

All these in a device that only weighs around 3 pounds (1.4 kg) and is only 0.9 inch thick (22 mm).
For the moment there’s no info on pricing, but since it’s an Asus and boosts decent ULV hardware, expect it around the 400-450 bucks margin. We know that it will be available in several different color (Black, Blue, Red and White) and we can only hope that case is not going to be glossy anymore (but it probably will), but we don’t know when exactly will it start selling
Stay tuned for more details on this Acer Aspire One 752 in the following weeks.
