Asus 1001HA available in Britain for 200 pounds

The low budget 10 inch netbooks from Asus calles 1001HA has been spotted on Amazon UK. It’s for now available for preorder and should be delivered in 1 to 3 months according to what the page on Amazon says.

The great part is the price: just 200 pounds; that would mean around 330 bucks if it were to convert it, but based on previous experiences, it would mean the 1001HA will land in the US for bellow $300 . That would definitely make it the most affordable 10 inch Asus netbook at the moment. But, this comes with just decent features (N270 CPU, 1 GB of RAM, 3 Cell battery, Windows XP), unlike other mini notebooks from Asus that offer top notch specs.

Still, the 1001HA, with it’s new body design (less glossy – as you can see in the pictures) should be a nice catch. Hopefully Asus will get it in US just in time for Black Friday 2009.
