HP Pavilion dm1 CULV netbook just around the corner
Acording to their Winter catalog for 2009/2010 , HP plans to launch just another new 11.6 inch netbook, the HP Pavilion dm1.
Unlike the HP mini 311 that will be built on Nvidia Ion LE with an atom processor, this one will bring a CULV CPU, along with up to 5 GB of DDR3 RAM and a 500 GB hard-drive. Other important features like the LED backlit screen, Wi-fi, car-reader, webcam, all will be present also, along with a big enough battery to provide up to hours of juice.
Most will even say the HP Pavilion dm1 will also look great, with HP’s black or white Imprint finish. I for one can’t really pronounce on that just yet. What really is a bugger is the keyboard, as HP kept a 92 percent size one, although other competitors offer them bigger on 11.6 inch devices.
That’s just it for now, some pics can be seen in the pic below. More details will be available in late October, as the Pavilion dm1 is scheduled to start shipping as soon as Windows 7 hits the stores, on October 22nd.
