iGo universal netbook charger is just outstanding

I always hated that each laptop and mini notebook came with their own adapter and i always wanted for some kind of smart charger that could handle all these devices. Well, I just found today that there actually is one and is quite good: the iGo Netbook charger.

This one is compatible with almost any kind of netbooks on the market, from all the big producers. As you can see in the picture below, it comes with several different interchangeable tips so would fit the gadgets and can be used on any wall, car or airplane outlet (has interchangeable plugs for each of those).

It can also charge some other devices too, like PDAs or phones, via an included USB charging cable (so will only work with devices that charge on USB).

Last but not least, it works all around the globe, you won’t need any type of special adapter when traveling abroad.

iGo netbook charger - the most outstanding gadget of the year

iGo launched this device in August and it quickly became noticed. It was even named by the folks at PC World this year’s most outstanding gadget (and that’s quite an achievement for such a small gadget).

The iGO netbook charger should work with any netbook produced by Asus, HP, Lenovo, Acer, Dell and all the other big names. Might now work however with some less known devices, so make sure you ask if it is compatible to your device before buying it. And speaking of buying, this one sells on Igo.com for $69.99 but i was able to spot it on Amazon for just 50 bucks . There’s also the wall mount only version you can find for just below $40 .
