Kohjinsha brings up dual screen netbook. But, is it any good?

Japanese folks from Kohjinsha just showcased an interesting concept mini laptop: the dual screen netbook. It is in fact an ordinary looking device, but behind the regular 10 inch screen hides another one that easily slides open when needed, making the available workspace twice as big.

On the inside there’s the AMD Neo MV-40 processor, up to 4 GB of RAM and a 160 GB hard-drive. On the outside, construction looks decent, although like all the Japanese concepts, this gadget is a little bit blinky. I noticed however there’s a decent sized touch-pad and a chiclet style keyboard.

However, remember that this is a netbook, hence theoretically a device meant for regular users that don’t do fancy stuff on their mini computer. Not to mention that the dual screen makes the device thicker, heavier, slightly more fragile and definitely more expensive.
