Photos of the Lenovo ThinkPad X100e

I’ve told you before, i’m a big fan of how the Thinkpads look. Their rough and solid construction, combined with top notch quality, is just perfect for me. Thus, i noticed that the guys and newgadgets.de posted some new pictures of the Lenovo Thinkpad X100e and I thought I’d share them with you.

Notice how nice the keyboard, trackpad and trackball are and how professional is the matte exterior. Also, you can see that the battery kind of sticks out on the back. They needed a bigger battery because of the AMD platform used inside, as it’s not the most energy efficient one. Plus, you can’t easily access RAM/HDD as there are no dedicated bays for those, you’ll have to unscrew the entire back part to get to them (like 8-10 screws though, so shouldn’t be that complicated).
