Viliv S10 Blade touch-netbook gets official
With so many netbooks hitting the market these days, Viliv finally decided it’s time to hurry up with their long time ago announced toy, the S10 .
The Viliv S10 is in fact a 10 inch netbook more powerful than the standard ones, with more features and with a sleek compact design. The complete list of specs is below:
- Intel ATOM Z530/Z550 single-core processors
- 1 GB of RAM
- 32-128 GB SSD storage
- convertible 10.1 inch resistive touch-display with HD resolution (1366 x 768 px)
- Amazing connectivity: Wi-fi, Bluetooth, 3G HSPA, WiMax
- up to 10 hours battery life
- Windows 7 OS
- 10.2″ x 7″2 x 0.6″-1″ / 2.7 lbs

Viliv S10 - powerful convertible netbook - getting closer everyday
However, for now there’s no news on the price or the date the S10 will enter the market. Based on specs, i expect it to go for at least $500, if not more. And i don’t argue with the fact that it looks pretty good on paper and in the pictures, but if Viliv keep postponing it for long, there will quickly be similar devices from other producers on the market, or even more powerful ones, with dual-core ATOMs or Nvidia ION. Anyway, since they announced it months ago already, they surely lost some momentum with the delay.
So hurry up Viliv. We really want to see your S10 go live, and fast!
